4. Shipping Policy Last updated: May 2026

Thank you for shopping with Tsūki. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully as it forms part of your agreement with us when placing an order.

4.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During peak periods (sales events, holidays), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4.2 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package dimensions, and weight. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Tsūki is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

4.3 International Shipping — United States

We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are as follows:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance times, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery (including processing) is approximately 9–13 business days.

Important — Customs & Import Duties: International customers, including those in the United States, are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our pricing and will not be reimbursed by Tsūki. Packages that are refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping costs.

We are required by law to declare the accurate value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We do not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances.

4.4 Delivery Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Tsūki is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you. Reshipment will incur an additional shipping fee. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

4.5 Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

4.6 Delivery Attempts & Safe Drop

Carriers may leave packages in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive them. Tsūki is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after a safe drop delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you have concerns about delivery security, we recommend selecting a signature-on-delivery option where available, or providing an alternative delivery address.

4.7 Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or has arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at bellare902@gmail.com or 0468403001, with your order number and photographs where applicable.

We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Tsūki is not liable for parcels that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In cases of suspected theft following confirmed delivery, we recommend contacting your local authorities and the relevant carrier directly.

4.8 Shipping Delays

Tsūki is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, natural disasters, public health emergencies, industrial action, or customs processing. Shipping fees will not be refunded where delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control.
